Steamed pork ribs with black bean sauce is a dish we would usually order at the dim sum restaurant as well as Chinese dai chow restaurants. You can easily recreate this dish at home; simply marinate ribs in fridge for at least 1 hour and then steam for about 20 minutes. It's that easy!
I made this for lunch last week, and when the boy came downstairs after his online class for his lunch break, he commented "Wow, something smells good today mummy!" That's how I knew I was on to a winner, a dish that my family would love eating. And true enough, they loved it!
